Independent Fermentations (aka IndieFerm) is a small brewery in Plymouth specializing in making beer using local ingredients. We also make kombucha, which is a fermented tea with live cultures that aids in digestion and boosts the immune system. Kombucha is a healthy alternative to alcoholic beverages, sugar-filled juices and soda. Our kombucha brewer, Kim (aka KimBucha), makes rotating flavors of kombucha in house with tea and herbs sourced from local businesses and apothecaries. We have several flavors of kombucha in glass bottles to take home.
