Sheet Pan Oven Roasted Vegetables


You are leaving for the weekend or for a week, what to do with all your veggies? A soup or even better ROAST THEM! Easy and so good.


Look at what you have in your fridge, wash, trim, slice, arrange the vegetables on a sheet pan or large oven safe dish, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, paprika or curry, add some fresh herbs and leave roast the veggies for about 40 minutes at 425F.
